I drew this 2 sec ago
This is my first post through my iPhone. Hopefully it looks good and won’t be my last.
This is a watercolor painting that I donated to a local art program for kids. Every year they auction off art to raise money for the organization. It was a good motivation to actually create something & finish it. I drew this by hand without any sort of planning & then decided to paint it using watercolor. I like it, but I don’t think it will sell. Its a little to strange for the San Antonio art crowd. Many of the artists & art appreciaters here have no idea what people in bigger cities are doing. We are a little conservative in that respect. I think an Austin crowd might like this more for example, but I am probabaly a dime a dozen when compared to the artists there.
I liked it. I hope it grosses people out. Hopefully it sells since it is for a good cause. Feel free to critique or comment. I always appreciate it.
I believe I drew this around the time my sister got sick. I might use this for the show I’m gonna be in. Its a charity show so not a big deal.
I just realized what I should have named this today.
I redrew it better and I’ll post it when finished.
2009 has started and I have made another vow to post drawings on this blog. I was very busy near the end of 2008 and this new year is not looking any different. I guess that just means I will have to make time for this anyways. My goal for this year is to have more actual finished projects instead of mostly random sketches (which won’t go away). I think following these things through more often will be a good thing for me. Thanks for reading. Enjoy the pic

I drew this the other day and colored it with Highlighter pens. It was very quick, but I think it is good.
I guess I wasn’t feeling happy that day. HAHA.
Some random things I drew a while back. I like seeing these old things sometimes, but I hate when I see things that I should have taken more time on… Wait that is probably everything on this blog. HAHA.
I guess it was around the time I was listening to “Lupe Fiasco’s The Cool”. Which could have been yesterday, or in February.
